If this is a first time, it is good to start with a full general reading - or you might like to start with a quick taster session to test it out. Many people are reluctant to give too much information before testing the astrologer! This is not unreasonable, but it is easier to focus on a particular question if one knows what it is. So if you do have particular questions, please say.

Taijiwuxigong exercises (or daoyins) are sequences of movements which derive from Tai Chi. Each one focusses on strengthening and removing blockages from certain areas of the body. They are specially suitable for older people, and those who find it difficult to memorise long sequences of movements.

Buqi (pronounced boochee) is difficult to explain. My first experience felt like magic, a magic which was a science for which I had yet no explanation. Indeed, without active experience, terms such as vibration force, transmission of health information, earth force, tai chi forces, and elimination of sick chi (binqi) mean very little.

First treatments last 90 minutes, with include more talking time, case history, diagnosis etc. Subsequent treatments are 50-60 minutes. A treatment might include standing, sitting or lying down, a little light massage, and some remedial exercises. It is beneficial to have a course of sessions rather than a one off , especially at the beginning; and treatment works better if a person is proactive and does the exercises which are recommended.
